Product Description

CNC NESTED BASED ROUTER

S9 is professional machine for panel furniture production.It is equipped with 9kw ATC Spindle(12 carousel magazine);Italy FAM 5+4 boring heads which can meet all kind vertical holes drilling's requirements.S9 has multifunction:routing,drilling,cutting,edge chamfering etc.

S9 is also with automatic push function which can push the finished panel board from the worktable and collect the dusts

during working at the same time.In this way,it is very easier for the operator to unload the panel board and new feeding board easily be strong sucked on the worktable.

Automatic front conveyor belt,unloading table system,automatic rear pre-labelling device,safety fence enclousure,laser safety light curtains,also can be optional.

Applications:

The machine control cabinet and other machine accessories are put on the machine bed,Then,the machine will be wrapped with PE
stretch film in case of damage in transit.All cnc machines are packaged with the plywood case and the wooden case will be fixon
the pallet,the shipping mark will be labeled on the surface of the wooden case.
If the machine is customized even the size is bigger,the machine needs disassembling.
